| Tutors include academics, consultants, enforcement officers and practitioners from different industries. All students have access to a tutor that can be contacted by post, telephone, fax, or e-mail. |

| Venues |
| ATM Safety & Environment hold
written examinations in Coventry. From the March 2012 sitting, ATM Safety & Environment will hold examinations in London. Practicals are normally carried out in the
candidate’s own workplace but alternative arrangements can be made by
special request. ATM Safety & Environment generally accept external candidates for
examinations provided they have previously enrolled on a course with an
accredited NEBOSH course provider. |

| Other locations in the UK |
| Other course providers hold examinations in other parts of the country.
Students can take exams with another course provider if they obtain their
agreement and pay their invigilation fee. |
|
| Overseas |
| NEBOSH allow their examinations to be taken through the British Council (BC)
provided the office overseas is one that conducts exams. Countries where the
British Council do not run exams include Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, USA
Canada and Scandinavian countries. In Ireland ATM Safety & Environment have made arrangements for NEBOSH exams to be held
in Dublin at a local Business School. In other countries such as Australia, New Zealand USA
and Canada, arrangements are made for exams to be taken at local Universities.
Candidates are responsible for paying venue invigilation fees locally. |

| Overseas charges |
| The British Council normally charge a set rate for exams and a courier fee
payable in local currency by the candidate before the exam is taken.
This is not included in the course fee or NEBOSH exam registration fee. ATM Safety & Environment also charge £25 with the exam registration fee, to partly cover the
outward courier fee charged by NEBOSH. |

| Dispatch of Certificates and Parchments |
| Certificates are sent by Royal Mail tracked service in the UK and Royal Mail International Signed For service
to addresses outside the UK. For candidates requiring their certificates sending by courier on completion of the
course, rather than Royal Mail International SignedFor, there will be a fee (GB£20) to cover the difference in
costs between the services. |

| Discounts |
Candidates that have studied a qualification with ATM Safety & Environment
are eligible for a 10% discount on subsequent courses.
Discount will be considered for multiple enrolments where course materials are dispatched as one
consignment. Please ask for a quotation.

| Payment |
| The application form should be returned with a cheque made payable to ATM Safety & Environment or sent with an official purchase order. Payments may
also be made by electronic transfer. Please contact us for bank details.
Payments can be made by most debit/credit cards (not American Express). |

| Value Added Tax (VAT) |
| VAT at the prevailing rate is charged on all courses purchased in the UK. EU customers do not pay VAT if the course is purchased for business
use. Overseas students outside of the EU do not pay VAT. VAT is not charged on
NEBOSH examination fees. |
|
| Cancellations |
| No cancellations will be accepted or refunds given once an order has been
placed. |
|
| NEBOSH Fees |
| For UK examination sittings, NEBOSH enrolment and
examination registration fees may be paid directly to NEBOSH. Forms will be
provided as necessary. However, these can be added
onto the course fee if required. Overseas students may pay NEBOSH fees through ATM Safety & Environment.
The examination fees quoted on this website are valid to June 2012. We reserve
the right to increase exam registration fees in line with any increase imposed
by NEBOSH after that date. |

| Accommodation |
| Delegates are responsible for making their own overnight accommodation
arrangements if necessary. A list of accommodation is available on request. |
