| Lecturers and Tutors |
| Tutors include academics, consultants, enforcement officers and practitioners from different industries. All students have access to a tutor that can be contacted by post, telephone, fax, or e-mail. |

| Venues |
| ATM Safety & Environment hold their examinations in Coventry. Students sitting an
exam for the first time in Coventry do not pay any exam invigilation fees but
students resitting an exam are charged £25 + VAT in addition to the NEBOSH
registration fee. |
|
| Other locations in the UK |
| Other course providers hold examinations in other parts of the country.
Students can take exams with another course provider if they obtain their
permission and pay their invigilation fee. |
|
| Overseas |
| NEBOSH allow their examinations to be taken through the British Council (BC)
provided the office overseas is one that conducts exams. Countries where the
British Council do not run exams include Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, USA
and Canada. In Ireland ATM have made arrangements for NEBOSH exams to be held
in Dublin at a local Business School. In other countries such as New Zealand
arrangements are made for exams to be taken at Local Universities. |

| Overseas charges |
| The British Council normally charge a set rate for exams and a courier fee
payable in local currency before the exam is taken. ATM Safety &
Environment also charge £25 with the exam registration fee, to partly cover the
outward courier fee charged by NEBOSH, and an additional £50 for the exam
venue in Dublin (see table below). |

| Payment |
| The application form should be returned with a cheque made payable to ATM
Safety & Environment or sent with an official purchase order. Payments may
also be made by electronic transfer. Please contact us for bank details.
Payments can be made by most debit/credit cards (not American Express). We
reserve the right to charge 2.5% on balance amounts paid by credit card. |

| Value Added Tax (VAT) |
| VAT currently at 17.5% is charged on all courses purchased in the UK. EU customers do not pay VAT if the course is purchased for business
use. Overseas students outside of the EU do not pay VAT. |
|
| Cancellations |
| No cancellations will be accepted or refunds given once an order has been
placed. |
|
| NEBOSH Fees |
| Students resident in the UK will generally pay NEBOSH enrolment and
examination registration fees directly to NEBOSH. However, these can be added
onto the course fee if required. Overseas students may pay NEBOSH fees through ATM Safety & Environment. |
